C&rsquo;est une fonction qui m&rsquo;a permise de d\u00e9velopper des capacit\u00e9s importantes dans un champ d&rsquo;intervention vaste, comme la sant\u00e9, le logement, la gestion administratives, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et le maintien des droits et prestations l\u00e9gales&#8230;J&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 avec de nombreux partenaires et organismes de logement, sant\u00e9, travail, CAF, CARSAT, MDPH, aide \u00e0 domicile&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2018 je suis intervenante sociale lib\u00e9rale et je poursuis mon intervention avec les services du m\u00e9dico-social (service tut\u00e9laire, FAM, SESSAD&#8230;).
